Ronald A. Williams, EA

Ron Williams is an Enrolled Agent with our firm and began the business in 1975. He began with only a handful of clients and the ambition to create an accounting firm with services geared specifically towards business owners. Since then, the client base has expanded to over 120 businesses and 900 personal tax clients. Ron attributes the company’s long-term success greatly to his dedicated and loyal staff that has been with him throughout the years. Ron is a Pennsylvania native and a huge sports fan so be sure to check out all the amazing memorabilia at the office when you stop in to get your taxes done or finances reviewed.

Kevin Park, EA

Enrolled Agent

Kevin brings over two decades of business and financial expertise to our team, combining deep technical knowledge with real-world entrepreneurial experience. As an Enrolled Agent, Kevin specializes in tax preparation and representation, helping our clients navigate complex tax situations with confidence.

Before joining Ronald A. Williams & Co., Kevin successfully operated his own business for over 15 years, where he managed comprehensive accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. This hands-on experience as a business owner gives him unique insight into the challenges our small business clients face every day.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Chungnam National University and has completed advanced training in software development. His technical background allows him to leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in our client service delivery. He’s particularly skilled at developing custom solutions that help our clients better manage their financial operations.

When he’s not helping clients with their financial goals, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and bike riding. He also likes to unwind with friends over a good game of poker. Kevin’s balance of professional expertise and personal interests reflects our firm’s belief that strong relationships are built on both trust and genuine connection.

Kevin is fluent in both English and Korean, allowing him to serve our diverse client community in the language they’re most comfortable with.
